I updated with your modifications and now desktop theme is in both lost and found and plasma tweeks: screenshot_20180123_154825 screenshot_20180123_155032

OK, I see what happened. kcm_desktoptheme.desktop was removed and replaced with desktoptheme.desktop, so it's using both. I'll fix this now.
