I'm unable to reproduce this on my build and test systems. Is there more than one tab open when this happens?

Hmm, i installed 2018.01 freshly and did a full update through Discover...using hdd though, not ssd.

Not sure what difference a hdd would make over a ssd, I only have hdd's in my systems. I'm also not sure how updating with Discover would cause an issue, but it's worth a look. FF 58.0.2 is in testing with Plasma 5.12, so I have some testing to do anyway.
