octopi: cannot run as root #14

I just installed the ISO and ran into this. It's not just octopi, partition manager also would not take the password. This is acting like a possible kdesu bug, I'm looking into it.

OK this is weird, but if you run sudo one time in the cli first, kdesu start to work.

So far I've found that this has to do with the /var/db/sudo/lectured/$USER zero byte file having not been created yet. I don't yet know what has change with kdesu that is causing the issue. However, setting kdesu back to use su instead of sudo bypasses this issue.
