on netrunner debian, they are set even though we dont use firefox-plasma there neither

This is a known issue using xdg-desktop-portal/-kde, It will suggest "system handler" instead of the mime type "qtransmission default" that the system handler provides. This is a matter of what is exposed to the kde dialog from the sandboxed application via portal. However, if you click OK to open the torrent or magnet file using "system handler", it will open in qtransmission.

oh wow, didnt notice that and it makes stuff confusing... We will have to mention this.
