Netruner LnF themes (Rolling, Blue X, Black X) are not highlighting current running pinned apps in 'Icons-only Task Manager' and in 'Task Manager' #6

I made two screenshots for comparison:

first one is Icons-only Task Manager in Breeze Dark LnF - you can see Firefox, Dolphin and KDevelop apps are running and they are minimized - also there are two pinned apps that aren't running: highlighted-apps-breeze-dark

second one is Icons-only Task Manager in Netrunner Dark X LnF with same minimized apps - you cannot see what pinned apps are running and what aren't: not-highlighted-apps-netrunner-dark-x

the Blue X and Black X LNF's have not been updated in a long time. I'm not even sure why were still shipping them, or at least bringing them up to the same code changes as Netrunner LNF.

Also progress is not visible in task buttons. Only number of tasks is visible.
