Update Skype and add 5.x package version #141

'skypeforlinux-bin' package could be updated to the latest version (8.6.76.57286 currently) and 5.x version could be added into repo with 'skypeforlinux-beta-bin' name - to match AUR packages naming.

We only provide and ship the latest skypeforlinux-bin package. However, due to hurricane Irma (no power or internet at my office), it may be a few days before I'll be able to update this package.

Note: Adding every possible application that anyone would ever want or need to our repository is not plausible, nor would it be a good use of our time and effort. Just like the 4.xx series of Skype, If someone needs the older 5.x.x WebRTC Beta series of Skype for whatever reason, that is what the AUR is for.

Update: Power was finally restored, and the debris removed from the area of town my office is in, so I was finally able to get into my office to asses any damage. Unfortunately, the office had a tree fall into the roof and all the computers were destroyed by rain water. I'm in the process of purchasing replacements today, and should be back up and running by early next week, hopefully Monday.
