[Bug] 'A shared library was not found' error in 'Input Method' section in System Settings #30

Also 'Input Method' has icon issues - default icon in sys settings and no icon in 'Application Menu' when you type to search for it. Installing 'kcm-fcitx' package resolves icon and shared library issues shared-library-was-not-found-error-in-input-method and DBus error resolves after system reboot dbus-error-resolves-after-system-reboot
