[Suggestion] Change desktop 'My Computer' shortcut from launching 'About System' app to launching Dolphin #31

'Network' desktop shortcut doesn't launches network info - it launches Dolphin - same can be done with 'My Computer' shortcut. This is especially true for Windows switchers change-desktop-my-computer-shortcut-from-launching-about-system-app-to-launching-dolphin

Network on the desktop is actually a shortcut to the network folder in your home directory, this folder contains our shortcut for samba-mounter (Add Network Drive), and any shortcuts (links to network shares) that are created with it.

That my Computer Icon launches our customized about-extended KCM. In prior versions of Netrunner, this shortcut launched our modified version of kio-sysinfo in the old kdelibs version of konquerer. Since kio-sysinfo no longer works in the frameworks version of konquerer, niether of these are shipped in Netrunner any longer.
