Suggestions that can be applied independently: 1) rename "Readme" desktop entry into "Online Readme" - for more clarity; 2) make readme offline first - simple text file or offline html page or develop offline/online detection like in Archbang distro; 3) add basic info regarding to connecting to wifi, installation, adding/removing packages... with links to corresponding http://www.netrunner.com/faq/installation/ page and Manjaro/Arch wiki pages; 4) simply change readme link to http://www.netrunner.com/faq/installation/
