Adding /var and /flash usage metrics #28

Observing /flash and /var usage on a Netscaler is important and should be included in the default metrics.json. Added metrics for disk0 (flash) and (disk1) var in MB and percent.

Hi @saruter, Thanks for new metrics suggestion. Currently, we are not accepting PRs. So, what we can do is, we'll review these new stats and will include in our next release.

Ok, that would be fine. Currently I added these metrics manually in metrics.json.
