Adapt the deployment to run as non root #549

Wondering if it would be possible to adapt the citrix cloud native components to be able to run as non root. In order to improve security it would be ideal if it was possible to update or expose the security context so it can be templated to run as non root.

NetScaler CPX with minimal privilege is under development. Soon we will release beta for testing. Please stay connected to validate it.
