The ip ranges that netskope uses to NAT customers are published here https://support.netskope.com/s/article/NewEdge-Point-of-Presence-Data-Plane-and-Management-Plane-Global-Edge-Expansion-Status-and-IP-Range.
It would be useful to have a tf data source to obtain these, much like the following aws provider
