Request to make it work with other countries #3

Hi!

First of all thanks for creating this custom component.

Since there will be a lot of requests to make it work with other countries. it would be nice to merge this in 1 issue request.

First of all: Can you create an extra drop down menu to choose your country first? this way, the user must choose this first.

What thing do you need in order to make this work with other countries?

API_LOGIN_URL = ? API_LIST_URL = ? API_ACCOUNTMOVEMENT_URL = ?

PS: please make it work with Belgium ;) (https://myedenred.be/Api/Authenticate/Identity/RefreshToken)

Hello

I'm already working on the suggested approach (add a country selection on that screen).
