Updates for Ubuntu 16.04 #23

1) Do not delete source iso if it existed before 2) Check that we are running under Ubuntu 16.04 3) If so: a) Install syslinux AND syslinux-utils if not installed b) Update "late" command (also installed wget into target system)

I'm really sorry, but you also took changes in the url in readme.md (.../skorzhevsky/) could you, please, change it back to "netson". Sorry again, i didn't know that changes after pull request are still propogated to it.
