Updated code to retrieve available versions from ubuntu website. #49

  1. the script will look at http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/ - to get the list of available versions
  2. it will first search http://releases.ubuntu.com/ for the server / amd64 iso. If it cannot find this iso, then it will search http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/
  3. If it is able to find an iso for server/amd64, it will then display this version in the menu.
