Split all reusable shortcodes into separate Hugo module repos #3

@webuimaker and @ajaykumaran please recall that we want all shortcodes that are not tied to SF Lightening Design System (SFLDS) to be separate Hugo modules that can be integrated into any Hugo site like netspective-studios/hugo-shortcode-diagram.

If a shortcode requires SFLDS assets and there's no way to separate a shortcode from SFLDS assets then it's OK for the shortcode to be included in the hugo-theme-sf-lightning repo.

Vivek, @mpjijo, or Ajay should list all shortcodes here that have the possibility of being separated here in this ticket and then either I or Ajay will create the respective repos for those shortcodes.

@shah, I will work with @mpjijo and @webuimaker to list down the all shortcodes and see what can stay separated from SFLDS.

We have started identifying the partials that we have in Medigy and the ones that can be converted to shortcodes. We will update this list in next couple of days and then add any new ones as relevant,
