Add a UI theme to the site (colors, menus)

I used Argon theme created by Creative tim: https://www.creative-tim.com/product/argon-dashboard-asp-net

What i did:

• Most of the work so far was in Layout.cshtml I've change the UI to be in right to left layout (That was not supported by this theme)
• It's also working when collapse the page
• Custome colors and navbars (top and in side)

Need to add:

• All accounts and authentications pages
• Basic Forms UI (like in create and details pages)
• Edit Welcome Page and more :)

New bug to fix:

• [x] User details is changing color from white to red when active
