Possible bug: Tracy is not shown, when I use Nette Select box with many options

Hi, I would like to report possible bug.

Version is v2.4.6

Description

I have used standalone Nette Forms, where I've built form with one selectbox called "countries". It has around 250 options. When I render this form, Tracy panel is gone. When I cut country list from 250 to around 120 (from Luxembourg down), Tracy panel is back.

Is it showing you selectbox with all items and also with Tracy bar?

Ok, than the issue is somewhere else.. I will have to debug my app step-by-step, why its breaking Tracy in this case.

Problem was in Headers, where Slim framework sets the Content-Length header to the number of characters in the $response's body

@dg Not sure if this should be closed. This is imho a real issue I've encountered at least once as well. Do you think it would make sense to check before rendering anything in shutdown handler whether Content-Length header was not send and maybe throw exception?
