Feature request: high gain carbon monoxide sensor support #48

Preferable a CO sensor with gain (4 pin sensor) to increase the resolution.

For example the expensive Alphasense CO-B4 with only 4 ppb (not ppm) noise according to the CO-B4 datasheet.
