Since this is supported in the upstream systemd, it's time for us to adopt it. Related to #30

implementation under way in branch remote-logging. The logserver side works already. Client CSR generation and installation should be moved to the clients, so that their keys don't end up on the logger. Clients need to:

know the logserver hostname
create a CSR
send it to the CA on hostname
retrieve the signed CERT
install it
install their journal-upload.conf
systemctl enable --now systemd-journal-upload.service
