Support Title Case titles conversion as alternative metadata #4

Just like the original DeArrow extension, add a setting that - in case there aren't any titles from DeArrow itself - tries to convert a video's title to Title Case.

I'd love to use what DeArrow is using, but it is a custom implementation and is tightly integrated into their extension 🙁^1
