Value classes #17

As discussed in https://github.com/netvl/picopickle/issues/16

I was lazy and made the new value class pickler the default. If no one is using this library yet, why worry about backwards compatibility? :) Feel free to change that though, I just wasn't sure how to do this nicely in Pickler.yml which generates the tests.

Great, thanks! I'll try to merge and release it as soon as possible. I don't know if I will be able to do it before the weekend, though.

I've integrated your changes in value-classes branch which I'm going to merge to master and release a new version tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Thank you very much!
