Improve provenance #55

Currently we have a rather generic 

<dataset> prov:wasGeneratedBy [a prov:Activity, a prov:Activity, …]`.

Let’s try to make the provenance more specific, relating it to a particular analysis’ subject rather than the datasets as a whole.
