docs: change 'dataset' to 'distribution' #80

Does this change make sense - the inLanguage is about the distribution, not the dataset? Or should the languages defined here always be the same as the languages of the dataset? If so, we could refer to the dataset (similar to the reference to the dataset's license).

You're right. We have this property on both levels, this should be reflected correctly in the description.
