adjust script path names in the Dockerfile so that no additional options are required to build the docker image #30

Building the docker image fails for me (on rocky linux 8.9). This PR adjusts the script path names in the docker file so that the image build succeeds.

I see the CI is using custom options to build the docker image. Perhaps these options should be documented in the README file (or the script path names should be adjusted so that additional options are not required).

I've updated the PR to also adjust the CI command so that everything fits together again.
