Well, i dont know why but it seems that for now playing the game with missing hud drops my fps down to (easily) 10fps, but it does on random moments (with floors 0 consumables on the floor while im just moving my character or on double rooms with lots of projectiles and enemies.
But this started to happen like a week or 2 weeks ago, and before that i was able to perfectly play isaac with 0 issues.
I like to have a numeric number that shows me how "strong" is my character in some areas as i want to see what the items of treasure/bosses/whatever room stats give me.
The game works perfectly at a 120fps stable framerate without using missing hud, but as soon as i start to use it it becomes unplayable.
PS: I have a good pc (at least for playing isaac) with a phenox II x965, 4GB of RAM and an AMD R7 360, so that is not the problem (also, tried on a different and "factory new" hard drive and the framerate problem still working)
PSS: I play as administrator, and also give high priority on the task manager, so that isnt (again) the problem.
