For AB+, go to options, found hud. It's included by edmund. That's what found hud is.

I'd found this but the Found HUD looked pretty ugly by default in comparison with its choice of icons and lack of colours, as well as how big it was. I found a mod for it since that uses the MissingHUD 2 Icons and colours and it looks a lot better! Find it here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=842540059. The program itself doesn't work but you can still play the daily challenges with this mod as long as you install it manually using this tutorial: https://www.reddit.com/r/themoddingofisaac/comments/5mtl0b/how_to_enable_achievements_for_resource_lua_mods/ If not, achievements themselves can be unlocked with mods anyway now so gameplay isn't hindered!
