Remove cache after installing packages #10

Reduce image size by 65MB. This removes 47MB of /var/lib/apt/lists/ and removes 18MB of recommended packages when installing gtk-doc-tools libgnutls28-dev Also no need for apt-get -y upgrade, if you pull latest base image, there is no updates available.
