Upload slides, update readme files in subfolders

The goal of documentation is that a new project member should be able to follow the steps without your input.

@sarat2225 Read me file in each subfolder should cover

• details of the machine used (netx, Linux version, xdp version, iot device type and its hardware, its software stack, libraries installed, etc)
• Have one main file per subfolder (or device).
• Explain the steps to run the main file (with the command to run and inputs to the main file).
• Explain what the main file is doing (in bullet points to make it simple for you).

In the parent readme:

• Put an architecture diagram (server -- xdp -- iot device)
• Below each component put the details of the main file
