Something similar like SD2SNES's SPC player, it'll be nice if it can play miniUSF files natively instead of having to emulate it with 64th Note & Winamp. But you don't have to if it's not in your plans. No worries.

Sorry, I wont be implementing that myself. Feel free to do it yourself if you want and create a pull request.
