List view needs refining. #4

The list view that is used to display the stations list need visual upgrade. Suggested implementation includes ability to sort and images for stations branded and unbranded. The current implementation should be a solid starting place for enhancements. The sorting ability could use a menu in the activity bar to change the sorting criteria.
