Add SeedStack benchmarks filter + jersey2 #24

Hi!

I'm submitting this PR for including the SeedStack Java micro-service framework into your list. I'm providing two examples:

seedstack-filter is an example of low-level request handling (Servlet filter).
seedstack-jersey2 is an example of high-level request handling (Jersey2).

@adrienlauer Thanks for the pull request. I have tested on my desktop and the results are published. The SeedStack-Filter is very good. Let me know if you have questions.
