fixes to 3.7.0 image #4

Few fixes to 3.7.0 image.

Older versions of systemd give errors if there's no full path to command in Exec* fields. Also related, PR in containerlab: https://github.com/srl-labs/containerlab/pull/614

Regarding ssh access. I see that 4.x.x images have this address entry:

inet 172.17.0.5/16 brd 172.17.255.255 scope global eth0\       valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever

Which 3.7.0 image is missing. So probably that's related to the problem.
