This PR will use the upstream koko binary and library.

As far as I could tell the fork @ github.com/networkop/koko existed purely for the purpose of fixing a race with interface names. This has since been fixed with commit https://github.com/redhat-nfvpe/koko/commit/740c789b4501572518e15d40b40a86db845726f1
