Add support for sriov 'vlan' or 'vxlan' remote mechanism #247

We’d like to be able to support mechanism for VLAN or VXLAN push/pop of tags as a ‘remote’ mechanism being crossed connected to by the NIC.

@denis-tingaikin assembling it now... just heard back from someone who knows those details and I'm putting it together into something sensible (I have a bit of code spelunking to do).
