The commits in this pull request corrects a number of spelling and grammatical errors within the list. I also rephrased some parts of the list (namely, the header and the descriptions of a few list entries) to, in my opinion, read more smoothly and make more sense.
These commits also convert a large number of links from HTTP to HTTPS. A number of websites offered HTTPS, but these links utilized HTTP - some websites redirected those links to HTTPS, but others did not. All HTTP links that work with HTTPS have been converted to HTTPS in these commits.
Two hyperlinks within this list do not work. They are as follows:
Jinja2 Online Rendering Tool redirects to a domain squatter. I was unable to find a replacement tool to link to instead, and the entry in the list provides no notion of who the author is.
Intelliment redirects to the configuration page for a web hosting company. Intelliment Security's Twitter has not been active since August, and still links to this same website.
In these commits, both entries in the list have been outright removed.
