Add more presentations from recent conferences #92

Explanation

This adds 10 presentations from recent NANOG, Network Field Day, and AnsibleFest conferences. All of them pertain to network automation in a general enough way that it's not vendor or technology specific.

I've found all of these to be extremely useful for conveying a solid roadmap for automation, best-practices, and lessons learned.

These are not really ordered (not your fault), but before merging would like to get that done. Perhaps we can do it chronological? I think that makes sense, as older presentations will become less useful over time.

Ya know... I was considering doing that but saw the other talks didn't have any order to them so didn't :P But I agree - I will order all the presentations!

Done - I converted it to a table to make it much easier to identify the year of the presentations.
