Fortimgr jsonrpc request #51

I propose this additional module to send generic Fortimanager json-rpc api requests for cases the available specific fortimanager-ansible modules don't handle.

@jcsicard we need separate PRs for escaping "/" and adding a new module.

Yeah, meant to do that initially but my git-foo failed me... Will redo...
