Built on discussion at #98

  1. Added Format Guidelines

  2. Modified the Brief Roadmap to discuss contributions to /exploratory-notebooks or /generators as well.

Thanks for picking this up, I pushed some changes to fix up the CI so you would need to do a git pull before you push anything on top of this.
