Added icon for Networkx website.

Could you explain why you added this?

So when I opened multiple tabs at a same time along with Networkx doc I realized I was unable to find which one is the Networkx website just looking at the icons. Having an icon would help to improve user recognition.

Good catch. I didn't realize we were missing the favicon. I will also fix it on the documentation site.
