Update documentation.rst #7

This points the documentation to Read the Docs. There is a broken link for the yet unreleased 1.10.

@chebee7i @hagberg The website needs a new build to reflect these changes, right?

Yes, it does. We'll release networkx-1.10 shortly then we can build and push this.

It would be great to redesign the front page (maybe all of these pages could be just one) in a more modern and stylish way. Any ideas on how we could entice someone that is good with design to do that?

Do you have anything particular in mind regarding the design?

@hagberg As we are near the 1.10 release, we can try to make the website more pretty. Instead of a total revamp we can add some logos for networkx. What do you think?

The website can be updated independently of the software release. But it would be good to do so sometime soon if we can find someone willing to take that on as a project.
