Feature request: Include used paramters in report

hi Vincent,

would be useful to write to the reports the used:

• pingcastle version
• user
• hostname where it's running
• DC
• command line params
• maybe the whole output to the cmd.exe
• running as admin yes/no

Would make it easier to reproduce results and sometimes differences between reports.
