check SO-8 vs. SOIC-8 packages #39

SO8, SO-8, SO08, SOIC-08 or similar package names may not refer to the same package. Wikipedia says there are two competing standards JEDEC and EIAJ. For each IC using such a package we should check the datasheet or even measure the device length/width itself. Probably we'll have to introduce different packages. The libraries coming with Eagle itself (mainly ref-packages.lbr) do no make this clear. The package included here ATM seems to be a wider one. Maybe check who introduced it and from where. For new package outlines maybe check JEDEC and/or EIAJ standards (if available) for recommended solder pad sizes.

LM75
MIC4802

Entsprechende Packages in der n39.lbr anlegen
Prüfen, welche Teile welches Package haben sollten

Die Differenzen scheinen kein Blocker für die Verwendung zu sein.

Als nächstes müssten wir mal zuverlässige Beschreibungen der einzelnen Packages heraussuchen.

Das Problem ist, dass man an die Normungsunterlagen der JEDEC und EIAJ nicht einfach für lau rankommt, man kann sich da immer nur auf die Sachen beziehen, die in den Datenblättern stehen. Ich hab für die AVR, die in einer eigenen Lib stehen, die Packages aus dem Dokument von Atmel übernommen, vielleicht checken wir die mal gegen die vom NE555, LM75 und dem Stromsensor?!
