Debounce for tuer-controller #2

This is the new firmware for the door controller that is running since last weekend (2016-07-10) and fixes the problem of spurious open and close events.

Habe grob drüber geschaut, nicht im Detail alles untersucht und verstanden. Sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus.
