Use template_legend instead of templates_legend #88

Fixes untranslated templates_legend fieldset legend in the back end.

Please address the CI issues raised by your change (I use the CCA coding standard, so adding yourself as author is required).

Ah, thank you. It was hard to see in the job output what the actual problem was, as there is no real error.

Yeah, the job log is a big mess because of lots of deprecation warnings. We're working on a new version of phpcq to get rid of these log entries.
