Finished the tests for the suggestion form frontend. Testing includes making sure:

api client calls the correct number of times, with the correct state
user sees a toast when the api client fails
the jukeboxarea controller calls the queueSong with the correct song state and the correct number of times.

Don't need to write tests for frontend code. Locally tested form to ensure all components rendered correctly.
