HieroExtraction includes Alignment #11

In this pull request, there are several changes included:

Modify travatar training script to support geoquery (semantic parsing)
Modify HieroExtraction to includes alignment in the 4th column.
Update the test respectively.

Thanks for the nice update! Actually, it isn't necessary to add the glue rules directly into hiero-extractor, as they are created separately in train-travatar.pl now, but I'll fix this later myself.

I guess I have commented out the code for it in the hiero extractor :-)
