The current CODEOWNERS file references Microsoft ISE members as a result of the fork. The Neudesic fork should have separate maintainers.

The CODEOWNERS should be @chadcook @skyarkitekten @cloudappsguy @arcware @jeffblankenburg @mikeholdorf
