Can you add a basic scribble of the design? It should illustrate how messages are formatted and how old and new messages are shown f.e. you send a question and the you wait for an answer. Does the question disappear?

What happens if the curator is not answering? Disappears the message?

Proposal:

  1. A screen with a call to action: Ask something
  2. A timeout to wait for an answer
    • if an answer arrives display just the answer
    • If no answer arrives show a error message
  3. Display the chat with a history

We use a question -> answer, new question new answer system. So no old questions are visible for the user
