Update notification #152

Rewritten the update notification mechanism so that there are no deprecation warnings (lots of outdated stuff was used), and a popup is really shown. The notification will display a popup when the IDE is opened for the first time after the plugin was updated, only for the first project that gets opened: image The popup can be expanded and will stay open until closed: image The notification text is also shown in the Event Log.
